A Special Note to Body Shop Managers

Dear Body Shop Manager,

 

Most of your Blowtherm/Devilbiss paint booth down time is due to long-term lack of maintenance and not product failure. By the time a full failure takes place the calibration and adjustments of many compnents are way out of the operational tolerances. During periodic failure only the single point of failure is corrected which affects the unit even further.

 

We offer "Top to Bottom Service" which covers all those little things that add up to the proper operation of the paint booth. Call or email for further details. We suggest a "Top to Bottom Service" twice a year. This will be a preventative maintenance procedure that covers those items that others rarely check.

 

Our experience is that once we have the unit under control, full failures drop to once or twice a year. There will be periodic flame failure usually due to filters not being changed or running out of LP gas.

 

We do not sell or install filters or paint booths. We offer factory-authorized service and we are experts at repairing and fine tuning the operation of these machines.
None of our repairs or adjustments are guess work. Using our equipment, all of our work is scientifically performed.
